Red Sonja is an awesome character, even though this iteration of Sonja is not a Howard creation she fits nicely into his Hyborian Age with some nice story telling and art. We get to delve into Sonja's past and what drives her forward, I really loved how the story was told. A really strong support cast as well help push the story alone. For those who missed out on the Art of Red Sonja Volume One this Omnibus will feature all the cover art and variants at the back of the book. Four to a page, so they are not full sized, but it is better than nothing! Fans of Conan and Howard and of Sword and Sorcery or Fantasy in general will enjoy this 300 page omnibus.
